Verification of Certification

If you are not a member of the ABOMP but are trying to verify a doctor's membership in this organization, you may request a verification of his or her oral and maxillofacial pathologist's certification.

These requests must be made in writing and should include enough information to identify the individual in question.

Requests must include a completed credit card authorization form (download here) or a check for $25 made payable:
